Mr. Jeff Watkins is currently the Executive Director of YMCA International Services, a Branch of the YMCA of Greater Houston providing comprehensive services to Houston’s refugee and immigrant community, a position he has held for the past 10 years. Mr. Watkins is very active in the Vietnamese American community since 1985 and speaks Vietnamese fluently. He holds a B.S. in Political Science from the University of Houston and a M.A. in Asian Studies from the University of Hawaii.
