Minh Thu Nguyen is a Senior Financial Accountant for Exterran Holdings Inc., where she is responsible for Corporate Financial Reporting. Previously, she was the Accounting Manager for MD Seis USA, a company with seismic operations throughout the globe, especially in the Commonwealth of Independent States (former Soviet Republics).

A mother of three, she managed to hold a full time job while pursuing her degree. She graduated summa cum laude with a BA degree in Accounting from University of Houston-Downtown. She was named the Outstanding Accounting Student of Spring 2000.

Minh Thu was involved with other non-profit organizations but came to Sunflower Mission after learning of the organization's purposes. She saw the passionate efforts put forth by its members in creating a lean but strong operation which carries out the hope and future of the CHILDREN in Vietnam.

Minh Thu resides in Houston, Texas. Her hobbies include photography, gardening, water sports, and community services.
