This is my third day. Well second day and third night.

I arrived in SG late three nights ago and my uncle picked me up. We went to eat and I ended up staying with him. For this reason, I did not meet the Team until the next morning at the Hotel. I learned later, Jimmy, my room mate, woke up every few hours and informed Anh Tuan every so often that I have yet arrived. I have a very well concerned room mate. May be too concerned....:)

On the way to Can Tho we visited My Tho to visit the little islands in the Mekong Delta River. We took the little row boat to reach our destinations. It was fun.

We are in Can Tho and working at Lang Chim school. It is hot hot hot hot and very hot. We painted the walls and fences yesterday. Some of us were brave enough to buy sugarcane drinks to satisfy our thirst (you would not want to know how she made it cause if you do you would not drink it). None of use got sick. The local people were nice and served us lunch. In the front yard of their home, a mango tree stood with hundreds of fruit. Chi Ngoc Lang plugged a few and we had " Xoai Tuong voi nuoc mam ot". It was great.

It is now abut 6 AM or so, I have thought I came down early to avoid waiting for the computer (the Hotel has 1 public computer) but Ai was there already blogging.

Until the next entry.....We will do more work to day at the same school.
