Ahh...yes, the last entry was a bit cheesy...

And Flo - Velveeta is not cheese. Cheese product = not real cheese..

Okay, so yesterday was SUPER fun. Some people didn't sleep well, others did. -Shrugs-

We started working again...until it started raining! Ah, darnit, right? Rain? NO!!!! We put on those "raincoats" and started playing in the rain! SOOO MUCH FUNNNNNN. The children just stood there watching 4 weirdo "grown-ups" playing in the rain...until it stopped raining and they started attacking me splashing puddles. =(

Then the work continued...sort of. hehe.

Then we visited 3 poor families in the neighborhood. The first 2 went smoothly, until it came to the 3rd. Somehow we all thought it was a good idea to walk I don't know how long 3k? 4k? 5k? to the third house. It was really ridiculous, but quite hilarious, until we reached the third house. We saw the children there who had been affected by Agent Orange, and it was quite upseting. There were two boys: the older one, 22, was confined to just lie there, even though he had full capability to think, speak; his brother, 17, saw his future in his older brother...it was not pretty. =( needless to say, very sad times.

SOOOO on the way back, Anh Hoa and I decided to jog back [it seemed a good idea at the time] and..things were fine until we started walking and I SPRAINED my ankle for the 2nd time in less than a month. SIIIIIIIIIIIIIGH. Now I can't play soccer with the kids today =( SO SAD! But it's okay! I'll just cheer!

And due to my sprained ankle, everyone was SOOOOOOO nice to me. So, thank you workcamp members =] Much love.
