Sunflower Mission Engineering & Technology Scholarship Program

The Sunflower Mission Engineering & Technology Scholarship Program offers grants to undergraduate students in a Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, and Mechatronics Engineering discipline. The Program aims to recognize students demonstrating excellence in his or her field of studies and to encourage outstanding achievements.

Scholarship

Sunflower Mission's Dao-Le Scholarship Program was established in 2004. The Board created this program to provide financial assistance to the students attending the schools that Sunflower Mission has built and also students in the surrounding vicinities regardless of ethnicity, religion or gender.

In addition to the Dao-Le Scholarship Program is the Sponsor-a-Student Project, where recent high school graduates or college students are sponsored by a donor for a one-year commitment to fund their education expense.

2004-2005 Academic Year Report

Sunflower Mission's Dao - Le Scholarship was established this year for the first time during the academic year 2004-2005. The purpose is to provide financial assistance to the promising students under financial hardship so that they may continue their education, especially the students attending schools where Sunflower Mission has built classrooms.

Families of Scholarship Recipients

We are the farmers of the far most rural area of Ben Tre. For the past several years we have experienced the circumstances of hardship. We are forced to put our children to labor due to circumstances.
