This is a 2 class room project, completed in March 2006, for Kinh Khang Chien village in Binh Thanh commune, Thanh Binh district, Dong Thap province. This village is a new development site where very poor people currently living in low lying areas along canals are being relocated.

SM funded for the construction of the 3 classrooms while the local community paid for land, fencing and toilets. The local community is seeing a very rapid growth in population, and at the same time, a serious lack of school facilities...

Sunflower Mission has completed the construction of 2 new classrooms in the Phu My village. These 2 class rooms are built on high ground and projected to last over 30 yrs.
