Work Camp 2025 Recap

Sunflower Mission recently wrapped up its Work Camp in Tuyen Quang Province, Vietnam. That means Hung Loi 2 Elementary School is ready for students this upcoming school year!

Prior to transitioning the school to the local community, our team of 57 volunteers painted classroom murals, constructed our largest playground yet, and engaged students with interactive workshops. Our annual soccer match with the locals even ended in a tie!

This six-classroom, two-story school brings major upgrades to the existing school campus and provides students with new restrooms, a computer lab, a playground, and a library (keep reading to learn more about Project HOPE). This school stands as a lasting symbol of hope, education, and the power of dreams—uplifting an entire community by inspiring its students to reach for their fullest potential.
