Eat Ramen for Education!

Sunflower Mission is proud to partner with Eat Justice again in 2026! From February through October, every bowl of ramen ordered at Mecha Noodle Bar locations in Connecticut, Massachusetts, Washington, DC, and Colorado helps support Sunflower Mission’s educational initiatives in Vietnam. For each bowl sold, 50¢ will be donated to Sunflower Mission.

Eat Justice is a nonprofit that inspires entrepreneurs, business leaders, and companies to serve and transform their local communities. The concept is simple: partner restaurants add 50¢ to select menu items and donate the proceeds to a charitable cause chosen by their staff each month. For the past two summers, Eat Justice has also sent two employees to participate in Sunflower Mission’s Work Camp, giving them the opportunity to see our work firsthand. The result has been a meaningful long-term partnership and significant support (well over $100K!) for the students we serve in Vietnam.
